Xupai is one of the few companies in the industry to have fully mastered and successfully implemented high-tech, cadmium-free battery production. Its batteries are manufactured without cadmium or arsenic, making them green and environmentally friendly.
Xupai’s production management system integrates MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning), 5S management, and TQM (Total Quality Management). Every stage—from raw material procurement, sample testing, and production process management to the final finished product—strictly adheres to high industry standards and rigorous requirements, ensuring reliable quality and stable performance for every battery. Xupai Battery’s subsidiaries have fully obtained ISO9001 international quality system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification.

XUPAI Group Member
As a member of the XUPAI Group, XUPAI Power Vietnam upholds the group’s traditional values, with a mission to deliver high-quality battery products to Vietnamese consumers. Marking a milestone in its growth and development, the XUPAI Power Vietnam factory was officially established on November 30, 2023.
In December 2024, we will begin construction of a 70,000 m² factory, with production of high-quality electric vehicle batteries—at a capacity of 3,000,000 kWh per year—expected to commence in August 2025.
At the same time, we have installed the machinery and equipment for Phase 1, which commenced operations in December 2024. The factory is equipped with automated production lines and modern technology, focusing on high-quality battery products to meet diverse market demands.
